Dr. Marcaccio talked about ways in which walking for just 20 minutes a day along with risk modification may help to lower the risk of peripheral artery disease (PAD) and certain cardiovascular events.

Residents, families, and staff love gathering each year to honor the dads among us! This year was no different as Village at Proprietors Green rolled out the red carpet of activities that included a vintage car show, music by the South Shore Bay Band, favorite summer-time food, and fun balloon animal headgear and wristbands.
Whenever possible, Village at Proprietors Green gathers generations together to celebrate festive or religious holidays and other celebrations. That certainly was true for the pre-Easter celebration and traditional egg hunt, where residents were joined by their adult children, their grandchildren and oftentimes their great-grandchildren.
Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day is an annual tradition for Village at Proprietors Green. Residents and staff pile into the senior living community’s bus, head to Scituate to join the parade, and delight the crowd with candy!

Village at Proprietors Green elves are always busy around the holidays. This year $2,250 was raised at the Holiday Boutique.
