Sales & Marketing Assistant
Full-time position is available, Tuesday-Saturday. Must enjoy working with the elderly, residents, fellow associates, and be a team player. Two years of recent experience in Senior Living Marketing and Direct Sales preferred. Experience in Professional Digital Marketing / Social Media content creation is necessary. Business Office Administrative skills and experience are necessary. Understanding of Special Event planning and operations is preferred. Essential Functions of this position include but are not limited to: Assisting with the monthly leasing of independent, assisted living, and memory care apartments, in the Sales Director’s absence – conducting discovery and tour the community with residents and families, participating in the development and planning of events, programs, and other marketing-related activities, assist in closing Apartment Lease sales: manage, direct and/or supervise closings and signing of residency agreements of assigned prospects, create professional sales and marketing content for Social Media platforms, and other duties as assigned.

Full-time and Part-time positions are available on all shifts in our Wellness and Memory Care neighborhoods. Per diem positions are also available and include e/o weekend.

– Referral bonus for Resident Assistants (CNA’s and HHA’s) and Nurses is $2,500.
– Referral Bonus for all other positions:
– $250 for full-time referrals (32-40 scheduled hours)
– $50 for part-time referrals (31 hours or less)
– All bonuses are payable after 6 months of the new hire’s employment.
