Welch Senior Living Honors “Promise Keepers” at Annual Staff Recognition and Awards Dinner

Opening the Welch Senior Living 2018 Awards Dinner by congratulating the staff on their role as the “Promise Keepers,” Principal Paul T. Casale reminded employees that they are the ones who provide the care, comfort, energizing activities, and home-like atmosphere that ensure residents a wonderful life, and families, peace of mind. Casale said that keeping the promise is all about providing a “culture of caring” and “doing the right thing.”

This staff commitment and longevity of service at the senior living company was celebrated throughout the evening, culminating with the formal awards presentation for individuals who have been with the company five years or longer. This year many awards were given to employees who have been with Welch Senior Living for 15 years or longer.

Casale made special mention of the recent Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held at Allerton House at Central Park, marking the grand opening of the new Memory Care Neighborhood and Independent Living Expansion at the Weymouth community.

Welch Senior Living comprises five assisted living communities along the South Shore, and one senior living community in Brighton, as well as two retirement living communities – one in Duxbury and the other in Marshfield. Village Home Services is located at The Village at Duxbury. Mary McLean of Allerton House at Harbor Park in Hingham was honored as Employee of the Year. The annual awards presentation was held at Indian Pond Country Club in Kingston.
