Dining on Demand
Dining on Demand means we operate around residents’ schedules, not the other way around. Our kitchens and dining areas are open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. every day to give you the flexibility to do what you want to do – and when – without missing a meal.
On-demand dining options include breakfast cooked to order and a variety of continental options. Lunch and dinner offer an assortment of satisfying fare, including soups, salads, appetizers, entrées, and desserts.
As with all menus, our on-demand offerings are reviewed and approved by a registered dietitian, and our executive chef supervises meal planning and presentation.


Healthy, Locally Sourced Menus
All dishes are low-fat and low-salt, and sugar-free choices are available. Substitutions are also offered to accommodate dietary restrictions and personal preferences.
