Introducing The Regatta Club
For Residents with Mild Memory Challenges
The Regatta Club is a program designed specifically to assist residents with mild memory challenges. Studies have shown there are actions that seniors can proactively do to reduce or delay further memory loss. The Regatta Club is built upon the three pillars that can have the most impact: social opportunities, thought stimulation, and physical activity. These three pillars will be reflected in the activities planned for each day, empowering those experiencing mild memory challenges.
Vibrant, Supportive Programming
Small group activities are a great way for residents to navigate and thrive in The Regatta Club’s various programs. From outings to memory enhancing activities, all programming is designed to engage all residents, encourage them to be successful, and reflect individual preferences.
Led by Gene S. Oliphant, Regatta Club Coordinator, the Regatta Club team has special education and training in the care of individuals with memory challenges, and is available to assist with individualized needs.
