Lil Duke’s of Pembroke is a fan favorite at Village at Proprietors Green. Every summer, residents and staff eagerly line up for cool treats on a hot day from the locally owned, Pembroke ice cream shop. For many, the annual tradition sparks fond childhood memories. For others, the truck’s arrival is a reminder of the simple pleasures of summer.
Proceeds from the ice cream sales will benefit the 2018 South Shore Walk to End Alzheimer’s, to be held on September 15 at Nelson Memorial Park in Plymouth. To date, the Village at Proprietors Green Team has raised $10,150 for the Walk.
