Studio/One-Bath apartment home monthly fees start at $8,305.

One-Bedroom/One-Bath apartment home monthly fees start at $9,370.

Two-Bedroom/Two-Bath apartment home monthly fees start at $10,600.

All-Inclusive Monthly Fee Includes: 

  • 1 hour of personal care assistance
  • Three restaurant-style meals daily
  • Trained 24-hour staffing
  • Medication management (additional fee)
  • Emergency medical response system
  • Assistance with the coordination of healthcare needs and medical appointments
  • Weekly housekeeping and bed linen service
  • Laundry facilities on each floor (no charge)
  • Resident and Family Member access to our full-time social worker
