Colleen Carlson Joins Village at Proprietors Green as Sales Director

Village at Proprietors Green in Marshfield is pleased to announce that Colleen Carlson, LPN, has joined the South Shore’s newest senior rental community with a continuum of care in the role of sales director. Carlson, who is well known to many in the senior housing and healthcare industry, will continue to forge strong relationships with individuals, families, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities and hospitals as well as local senior services agencies. She will be introducing and sharing information about Village at Proprietors Green’s new generation of senior living in its independent living, assisted living and assisted living memory care neighborhoods.

Richard Johnson, executive director of Village at Proprietors Green, says, “Colleen brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Her background involving resident and patient care combined with her problem-solving experience places her in an ideal position to help seniors, families and colleagues when they are seeking innovative solutions to senior housing, healthcare and lifestyle concerns.”

A resident of Plymouth, Carlson previously held positions at Benchmark Senior Living, including sales specialist, senior director of community living and interim resident care director at the Plymouth Crossings Assisted Living location. Her nursing background includes roles as a school nurse at St Margaret Regional School, a nursing instructor for the American Red Cross and a wellness nurse at Mayflower Assisted Living in West Yarmouth, MA.
